Time Out New York wins at the min’s Best of Web & Digital Awards!

On May 11, Time Out New York took home an award at min’s Best of Web & Digital Awards in the Social Media Magazine Marketing Campaign category for its #BeFreeNYC campaign. min’s Best of Web & Digital Awards acknowledges media outlets that have taken tremendous strides in the digital space over the past year.

The win for Best Social Media Magazine Marketing Campaign was recognized for Time Out New York’s #BeFreeNYC campaign to promote its Week of Free issue. Time Out New York did a test run in October 2014 and distributed 150,000 copies of the magazine throughout New York City with a weeklong social-media initiative to build buzz around a quality magazine offered for free. Additionally, Time Out New York received an honorable mention in the Editorial Excellence – Overall category.
