Trade Desk Assistant

Reporting to Trade Desk Manager the role of Trade Desk is central to the successful implementation of Time Out's ticketing strategy, both in terms of our supplier relationships, and ticket availability for our customers to purchase.

Key responsibilities

  • To liaise with ticketing product suppliers, to develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with ticketing and product suppliers across all Time Out categories;
  • To assist with creation and set up of products - overseeing correct pricing and allocations at point of sale.
  • Maintaining the day to day inventory levels of the transactions business, supplementing supply where necessary to ensure continued availability across Time Out’s transactional platform.
  • To be an expert user of the transaction sales platform.
  • Flexible and adaptive work ability to identify opportunities, and efficiencies. This is a brand new venture for Time Out, and the role will evolve on course with the business, so an ability to identify and take ownership of activities and procedures is essential.

Skills requirement

  • Experience in inventory management in entertainment ticketing
  • A range of contacts in the ticketing and entertainment sector
  • Experience in ecommerce
  • Experience of using ticketing platforms
  • Experience of a trade desk or box office team
  • Organised and target-focused
  • Ability to work flexible working hours: The Trade Desk will operate from 10am – 8pm (Mon-Sun)
