In this case, the rather bombastic name isn’t mere hyperbole. His Majesty’s Hotel is actually owned by a tribal king. It’s located on the Trade Fair Road, a short hop inland from La Palm Royal Hotel and Labadi Beach. It has been open for five years and is a good mid-price option. The 30 rooms are clean and each have coffee and tea making facilities, a small fridge, microwave and a sink. The larger suites on the top floor have seating areas with their own TV. The fixings aren’t the most modern, but they do the trick. There’s a small restaurant and bar area open from 8am to 11pm. There are plans for a conference rooms.
