Bojo review Rate it

Bojo is a fine Indo-eaterie, and one of the few places that stays open into the small hours. The price is right and the portions are large enough to glue your insides together before or after an evening of excess. Its sister operation at No.49 compensates for its earlier closing time by serving alcohol.

Native to Amsterdam, I will give this restaurant as a tip to anyone who might be passing through the city. This restaurant is open until late at night, unlike many others in the city. It is near Leidseplein (or Leidse Square as you may know it) and offers traditional Indonedian Food. Indonesian Food is often seen in the Netherlands because the Dutch use to Colonize Indonesia. Asian food, often with a lot of noodles, that isn't necessarily to spicy. Also great vegetarian options. My favourite is the Bami mini rijsttafel - where you get a little serving of different kinds of dishes. Definitely try the Satesaus (aka peanut sauce). This food usually combines really well with beer. This restaurant is authentice, delicious, and very affordable! There is also an Australian and a Ben and Jerry's down the street (both ice cream shops) for a yummy dessert!
