Listing crazily, this wooden-framed bar has been pleasing drinkers for decades, though the building itself has been around since 1695, when it began life as a lock-keeper's cottage. Suited to balmy and inclement boozing, inside is snuggly and warm, while outside commands great views of Oude Schans. A great place for a sneaky sundowner.
