One of the Nieuwmarkt square’s most beautiful cafés, Café Cuba is spacious and lively with plenty of snug seating. Black and white photos of the communist country and posters of Che Guevara adorn the walls. But most importantly, they never skimp on the mint in their wicked Mojito cocktails. Ernest Hemingway would have loved it.
