    Wow I can't imagine that! I was amazed by the friendly staff the 5 times I've been there. Attentive people who care for their customers, always a smile. Great service, much better than the other cafes at the nieuwmarket (which I also visited a couple of times, before settling for this much nicer, more quite place)! Posted on Jul 19 2008 17:44

    I suggest people avoid this place - I've visited a couple of times as I live nearby, and consistently found the staff to be snotty, the service to be seriously inattentive (even by Dutch standards) and the atmosphere mediocre. Cafe Stevens on the Nieuwmarkt is better! Posted on Feb 14 2008 15:50
