This vertical wonder on the top of Post CS is very un-Amsterdam. While acting as the Stedelijk café by day with soups, salads and sandwiches, its celeb chefs offer a fixed globe-hopping four-course dinner in the evening before the whole place evolves into a club by night. Book ahead and do it before 2007, when the whole place is closing down.
