A decadent Moulin Rouge-esque restaurant that transforms itself into a nightclub after dinner (and sometimes even during the meal, much to the chagrin of dilatory diners). It’s owned by ID&T (who organise giant dance festivals Sensation and Mysteryland), with the power to pull in some impressive DJ names. Pricey and exclusive, under-25s might be reluctant to apply for membership.
