Service at this teashop is friendly but can tend to be on the slow side. Everything is freshly made, though, so forgive them: cakes, scones and muffins are baked daily on the premises. In summer, take your purchase and sit on the terrace by the canal for the ultimate al fresco eating experience.

We have been coming ear for over 10 years and still love it. The breakfast/Brunch menu is the best in the city.

Unfortunately I arrived too late for a tea as they were closing so succumbed to buying freshly baked bread still hot from the oven. The most delicious soda bread I have tasted in years! Just like my mother used to bake it! Bought two whole loaves immediately and had already eaten half of one an hour later! Will most definitely make this a regular stop!
