While Jamie Oliver has only found one gap in his hectic TV and cooking schedule to visit the Amsterdam outpost of his culinary empire, this franchise of sorts - complete with TV show that documented the transformation of challenged street kids into a well-oiled kitchen brigade - is inspired by his love for dishes honest and fresh. The beautiful and massive waterfront location is marred by the bogus graffiti and the fact that there's only one set menu.
