Don your glad rags to blend in at this fashionable brasserie, which is great for emptying your wallet while watching a selection of Dutch glitterati do exactly the same. The authentic French regional cuisine - and 'worldly' versions thereof - is pretty good. They also have a more loungey sister establishment, En Pluche (Ruysdaelstraat 48, 471 4695), next door.
