Thailand's Broadway diva Patravadi Mejudhon - actor, teacher, dancer, producer, director and writer - turned her compound into the open-air Patravadi Theatre in 1992. Now with a tent-like roof, café and gallery, this space for independent theatre and dance offers shows and classes open to visitors, while the new Studio 9 has regular live music or performance during dinner beside windows overhanging the river.
