Tawandang German Brewhouse review Rate it

For a decade, this 1,600-diner microbrewery has served Thai and German fare with yard-tall tabletop kegs under a barrel-shaped dome. Nightly (excepting Sunday night covers), it witnesses extraordinary Moulin Rougey extravaganzas from avant-garde phiphat group Fong Nam, fusing every Thai musical style with dancing girls, film, shadow puppets, ladyboys, Godzilla, Elvis, and riffs from Led Zeppelin to Carabao. It's Sgt Hanuman's Lonely Hearts Club phiphat wong and he wants you all to sing along.
