Soi 4 bars are getting fewer, bigger and smarter. Snop's huge new building keeps its toy-decorated, low-table dish shape surrounding the acoustic/indy bands. Staff costumes change quarterly, from superheroes or toons to chain-mail or French revolution. Weirdly cute.
