This Belgium-based Thai chain converted the century-old Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce building into a nostalgic restaurant with intimate nooks and grand dining rooms. Innovation infuses the menu (think foie gras in tamarind sauce). The well-equipped cooking school upstairs teaches four dishes per day (1 day B2,800, 5 days B10,000, 7 days for professionals B68,000).
