Dialogues

For the first time, Fundació Joan Miró and LOOP Barcelona present a site-specific installation of video works that highlight the relationship of Joan Miró and the moving image. The project explores the interest of the modern movement and the avant-garde to expand and challenge the codes of representation through the experimentation with images as well as it establishes links between Miró’s paintings and the productions of contemporary artists who work in the field of the moving image, creating dialogues between artistic techniques and different moments in the history of art.
