Sala Parés review Rate it
The elegant Sala Parés, founded in 1840, is a grand, two-tier space that smells deliciously of wood varnish and oil paint. Conservative figurative and historical paintings are the mainstay, although it was also here that a young Picasso had his very first solo show in 1905. In September, Sala Parés hosts the Young Painters' Prize.
