Parc de la Ciutadella review 1 Users say 5/5 Rate it

There's so much going on in this surprisingly extensive park - the zoo, the Natural History Museum, Catalan parliament buildings, a school, a church, a boating lake, a bandstand - that it's sometimes hard to find a plain, old-fashioned patch of grass. On a sunny Sunday you'll have to fight with the hordes of picnicking families, bongo players and dogs for a bit of the green stuff and even then it will be distinctly worn from serving as a back garden to the space-starved inhabitants of the Old City.
