Antoni Escribà, the 'Mozart of Chocolate', died in 2004, but his legacy lives on. His team produces jaw-dropping creations for Easter, from a chocolate Grand Canyon to a life-size model of Michelangelo's David. The smaller miracles include cherry liqueur encased in red chocolate lips. The Rambla branch is situated in a pretty Modernista building.
Other locations La Rambla 83, Raval (93 301 60 27).
