Since it had its live music licence revoked, this classic old bar has had to rely on its pool table or the odd football match to entertain its patrons. The TV screen is hidden at the back, however, and easily avoided; there is much else to feast your eyes on, from the period posters to the graceful swirls of the nicotine-stained turn-of-the-century woodwork.

Loved this bar. Long bar, joanna in the corner, tapas rather than jellied eels at the bar, foggy old london bar.
