Mornings see BBT filling with ancient locals who've been coming to this old bodega since 1951 to fill their jugs and bottles with wine from huge oak barrels. Night times are a different proposition altogether, with young foreigners and barcelonins sipping pomegranate cosmopolitans amid the changing decor - fairy lights, futuristic insect lamps, a backlit panel of an expressive mandarin duck - and various extravagant floral displays on the bar.
