Las Guindas is a long narrow bar with a crimson-hued retro look, a deeply funky mural and DJs fighting for turntable space to show off their vinyl acquisitions from the '50s to the '70s. Monday night is rockabilly night, but the rest of the week you're as likely to hear northern soul or boogaloo. For all this, Las Guindas is refreshingly attitude free. There are plans to start opening all day Sunday for brunch.
