Danza real ya!

'Danza real ya' is a project by and about Pere Faura dance. Using four iconic choreographies from the history of dance as well as the artist's own personal history, the show sets out to reincarnate them and work on them as a historic and symbolic gesture of admiration and appreciation, but also as an exercise in humorous self-criticism of the world of dance and its benchmarks. It's a choreographic collage of different emblematic solos imprinted in a single body that interprets part of the collective memory of dance in order to project thoughts on paper, the necessity or the absurdity of contemporary dance at present.
