Cocking a snook at the many mediocre Indian restaurants around, Barcelona’s first Nepalese eaterie has become a hit. Faced with an alien and impenetrable menu, the set meals seem tempting, but they aren’t always the best option: press the waiters for recommendations or try mugliaco kukhura (barbecued butter chicken in creamy tomato sauce) or khasi masala tarkari (baked spicy lamb). Meat cooked in the tandoori oven (txulo) is also worth a try, and there are plenty of vegetarian choices.
