The ever-expanding Salsitas group takes the restaurant-club concept to the extreme at Danzarama, opening from 7am for breakfast and serving snacks, lunches and dinner throughout the day into the night. From 6pm Café Chillout eases you into the evening with lounge music and infusions. Each evening sees a different event, such as special singles nights or perhaps a comedy performance. Resident DJs, including local muso legend David Mas, play grown-up house for clubbers who’ve grown out of glowsticks.
