When this place was a taxidermist’s shop, Dalí famously ordered 200,000 ants, a tiger, a lion and a rhinoceros. Nowadays those who leave here stuffed are generally tourists, though this hasn’t affected standards, which remain reasonably high. À la carte offerings include foie gras with quince jelly and a sherry reduction; langoustine ravioli with seafood sauce; steak tartare; and some slightly misjudged fusion elements, such as wok-fried spaghetti with vegetables. The lunch menú is excellent, with two- or three-course deals.
