Antoni Escribà, known as the ‘Mozart of Chocolate’, died in 2004, but happily his legacy lives on. His team produces jaw-dropping creations for the Easter displays, from a hulking chocolate Grand Canyon to a life-size model of Michelangelo’s David. Smaller miracles include cherry liqueur encased in red chocolate lips.
