Another old family bodega with faded, peeling charm, barrels on the wall and rows of dusty bottles, Manolo specialises not only in wine, but in classy food: we recommend the foie gras with port and apple. At the other end of the scale, but certainly holding its own, comes the ‘Destroyer’: egg, bacon, sausage and chips.
