Opened in 1970, this bar was a design sensation in its day, with its white leatherette banquettes and walls that are still imprinted with silhouettes of a life-size frolicking, Twiggy-like model. They call it a tortilleria, which means there are 60 or so tortilla variations, alongside a list of kid-friendly dishes and adult-friendly cocktails.
