Made by Barcelona’s master pastissers for the annual Easter competition, this small collection of chocolate sculptures ranges from models of the Sagrada Família and Montserrat to scenes from Finding Nemo or Ben-Hur. A brief history of chocolate is pepped up with audio-visual displays and the odd touch-screen computer, but the busiest area is the glass-fronted cookery workshop with classes for all ages and levels. That, and the irresistible chocolate shop.
