Known predominantly for its exhibitions and installations, Metronòm also hosts concerts of experimental music. The main focus is a week-long series of concerts, featuring key international figures from the experimental music scene. Concerts also take place at other times throughout the year; some are in collaboration with the Barcelona foundation Phonos, which specialises in experimental electro-acoustic music.
