With a roaring telly, fruit machines and tables so cramped the waiters have to frisbee the food at you, this neighbourhood caff is a local institution, catering principally to hungry local workers. The huge portions of market-fresh cuttlefish, red mullet or bream usually come with chips, although you can request aubergine or fried tomatoes (if you can keep the waiter’s attention that long).
