Take the lift up the Sant Sebastià tower at the very far end of Passeig Joan de Borbó or the Jaume I tower in front of the World Trade Center to jump on one of the battered old cable cars, which run over the port to Montjuïc. To ensure a clear view, try to avoid mid morning and mid afternoon, when you’ll be jostling for window space.
