A dapper luxury hotel in a 19th-century building - the former Philippine Tobacco Company headquarters. Rooms are candy-striped; one floor is all perky green and white, another is red and white, and so on. The more expensive rooms have wooden-decked terraces, while some of the suites have private plunge pools. For those of lighter wallets, the rooftop deck with its navy-tiled pool and luxurious four-poster day beds elevates the experience considerably.
