Vermut Jazz 2014: Occupied Trio

The Auditori hosts a new free jazz session in its outdoor space. With organ and sax sounds that evoke jazz from classics like Jimmy Smith and Stanley Turrentine to more contemporary musicians such as Joshua Redman and Chris Speed, Occupied Trio offers up a serving of jazz with their own versions of standards as well as original compositions where improvisation takes us close to rhythms of funk, soul and boogaloo.
