A potentially great restaurant, let down by a dining room rendered clamorous by a steel floor. The lighting, too, is a bit spotty and unforgiving; still, sympathetic, if harried, service and excellent food go some way towards smoothing what, with luck, are teething troubles. There is a classy wine list, sensibly organised by style, but the real highlights are dishes such as foamed egg on a bed of jamón ibérico, fennel and courgette, or puddings like the coca bread with roquefort and lychee and apple sorbet. Definitely a restaurant to keep an eye on.
