The tables at Moo are as desirable as the rooms in its parent, Hotel Omm. The cooking, overseen by the celebrated Roca brothers, is some of the most exciting in the city, presenting classics such as a chocolatey hare royale with as much aplomb as more fanciful numbers such as a gold-plated quail's egg yolk on a bed of puréed, truffled potato. There are various tasting menus, at different prices, and particular wines (from a list of 500) are suggested to go with every course; Moo's sommelier is considered to be one of Spain's best.
Open 1.30-3.45pm, 8.30-10.45pm Mon-Sat. Closed Aug
