A cosy tearoom, where first-flush Darjeeling is approached with the reverence afforded to a Château d'Yquem. A range of leaves comes with tasting notes describing not only the origins, but giving suggestions for maximum enjoyment - Waternymph (an aromatic Oolong), for example, is apparently the ideal tea for those moments 'when your thoughts have been interrupted'. In summer, iced teas are accompanied by a dollop of sorbet.
