With this alfresco terrace café, the Parc de la Ciutadella has a healthy alternative to the kioskos serving overpriced beer and bags of rainbow popcorn. Not much more than a kiosko itself, the friendly 'Dragon Café' serves breakfast all day, along with salads, nachos, guacamole and houmous, served tapas-style. To guard against the perils of outdoor eating, the tables are warmed by gas heaters in winter and cooled with 'vaporisers' in summer.
