Brother (and pastry chef) to Ferran Adrià, Albert kicked off a revival of top-quality tapas when he opened Inopia, and it's been rammed ever since - get there early for a seat. The stark, overlit look and awkwardly L-shaped room, along with a determindedly straighforward approach, was initially a disapppointment for those expecting El Bulli-style culinary fireworks, but it has since won over its public with a slavish devotion to finding the best produce and meticulous care in its preparation.
