Locals were heartbroken when the old, beloved Casa Delfín served its last plate of fried sardines, but it has scrubbed up very nicely indeed in its new incarnation. Meticulous attention has been paid to respecting traditional Catalan recipes, with a rich and sticky suquet (fish stew) and excellent 'mountain' lamb with wild mushrooms. Brit owner Kate has left her imprint, however, and you'll also find the best Eton Mess this side of Windsor.

Delicious tapas followed by a wonderful paella. Particularly friendly service compared to other restaurants and mixed clientele with a "local" feel. Very good value.
Delicious Catalan food. The place is well-kept and not dirty at all. The mountain lamb was a highlight, succulent and perfectly seasoned. If you order it I recommend ordering for at least two as it is a very generous portion.
I do not agree with previous comments even one little bit. This restaurant serves real Catalan food and at very reasonable prices. The ambience is charming and full of detail and most definitely clean !! Not to be missed!
I do not recommend to anyone. I am italian, and a lover of good meal. I been in this restaurant in Barcelona, and in my opinion it is bad, dirty and a very poor quality food. Price is too expensive for what it offers.
