The 'Dry Bar' is, in fact, anything but, and its ethically friendly choices range from local beers and organic wines to fair-trade Brazilian cachaça. Opened in late 2006 and despite a quiet location, it has already gathered a following for the quality of its Italian-Spanish vegetarian dishes and tapas, its fresh milkshakes and a heavenly home-made chocolate and almond cake. Those who run it are keen advocates of the Slow Food Movement.
