Barcelona’s oldest restaurant, and one of the oldest in Spain, is still going strong. The Agut-Manubens family serve good Catalan cooking at very reasonable prices, notably their cannelloni with cod, roast sea bream and escudella. And I promise you, afterwards you’ll never be hungry again. An ideal place for an enjoyable low-key Sunday meal.

Took my 80 year old dad to barcelona for his birthday and booked a table in advance.... I had a confirmation email from them and when I turned up they claimed to have no knowledge of it... weren't at all apologetic and made us feel that we'd really inconvenienced them!. Food is average at best and the service is pretty nonchalant. Price is OK but for such a hyped restaurant (the 2nd oldest in Spain) you really would expect more.
