El Reloj

El Reloj is one of those places that only make sense in big cities. Functional bars with no defined character, where the most disparate characters end up. The very name suggests it: they’re open for many long hours, during which time they serve workers, families who come for dinner, exhausted tourists from the Picasso museum on their umpteenth beer or lonely people sitting reading, hoping  for something to happen that night. Google them, they’ve got other venues with a similar philosophy and opening hours.
