Very good overall. Not the cheapest and the paella I had was a little salty for my taste but the seafood was cooked perfectly. Very good atmosphere, very popular with the locals; we went in December and the place was full. The owner and staff were very hospitable. The wine recommended was delicious and triple chocolate desert was stunning as was the cognac recommendation.

Barceloneta’s true cuisine, as it should be – the best-known dishes are the cod fritters, but if they have baby squid, then grab a dish, quick!
