Though the Breton creperie Ty Bihan has shut down, now a new establishment has opened along the same lines: Here they serve the whole range of e the entire repertoire of buckwheat galettes (savoury Breton crepes), pâté, rillettes and traditional cider. You’re in safe hands: It’s run by one of the former owners of Ty Bihan.
