L'Eggs is a restaurant that comes from the hand of Paco Perez, chef who has four Michelin stars thanks to its two restaurants, Miramar and Enoteca, and run by Albert Forment. As the name suggests, the star ingredient in L'Eggs is the egg, ecological and fresh straight from the pen, and to be savored in all its versions.
