This beautiful restaurant offers the unusual combination of traditional and carefully prepared Japanese cuisine using high-quality Mediterranean ingredients. And it all goes great with their selection of top Catalan cavas and wines. It’s worth going to Sant Cugat just to see the chef wielding knives like a samurai, and the sushi assortment is one of the best in Catalonia.
