The restaurant at the Mercer Boutique Hotel – a gorgeous medieval building restored by Rafael Moneo, with fragments of a Roman wall – is chef Jean Luc Figueras' latest home base. He's settled in with what he refers to as 'lifelong cuisine', with dishes that are classics among the haute cuisine of Barcelona, like crayfish cannelloni with tomato confit. And at Le Bouchon you can get tapas and small dishes with his personal touch.
